Mission Statement
To protect the interest of Northern Nigeria and promote healthy co-existence that will sustain the environmental quality, livability, and economic vibrancy of the whole Northern region.
The Arewa Consultative Forum:
Articulates a vision for healthy communities co-existence
Measures progress through a Community Indicators Report
Informs and educates the general public about issues of interest and concern politically and economically
Identifies opportunities for strategic action
Convenes strategic partnerships to address key issues on development
Assesses the impact of these actions

"Our nascent democracy will only germinate become strong and durable when it can efficiently and continually discover and pursue the real needs and aspirations of the various groups within it. A forum such as ours which provides the opportunity for people of the Northern States to come together in an atmosphere of peace and friendship to ponder over problems facing us and choose options available for resolving them is a most useful facilitator of democracy and should be encouraged by all. The existence of the Arewa Consultative Forum
